Deepak Gulati is Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Argentière Capital. Argentière is a volatility focused investment firm which manages over $2bn of capital and is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. Prior to founding Argentière, Deepak was the head of JPMorgan’s Global Equities Proprietary Trading Group from 2008 until 2012. Prior to this role he served as the Head of Derivative Trading Strategies at JPMorgan and was in charge of global risk management for the European Prop Group from 2005. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Deepak was a Senior Equity Derivatives Trader at Dresdner and began his career as an equity derivatives market maker at Archelon. Deepak graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Finance in 2000.
