Prior to joining SwapClear, Phil had global responsibility for managing the rates and transaction services within the fixed income division of Thomson Reuters. Phil also managed his own financial markets consultancy, and the development and marketing of trading, clearing and show case platforms for Société Générale, and was a trader with risk and credit management responsibilities in various treasury-trading functions including short term rates, forward FX and emerging markets desks.
